Green Brook

Sydney Breitkopf earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware (Roll Hens!) in 2020, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2023. Inspired by watching her dad recover from injuries growing up, Sydney is passionate about helping patients get back to doing what they love. She enjoys working with all ages and believes rehab should be effective, encouraging, and even a little fun. She has completed additional training in Blood Flow Restriction and is always looking to expand her knowledge to better serve her patients.
Outside of the clinic, Sydney enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to spin classes, running, reading thriller novels, and traveling

Stephen earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University in 2010 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2017. He is a certified McKenzie MDT clinician and has also completed coursework in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Stephen enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses. Stephen is an avid runner and triathlete, in hopes of completing his first Ironman.

Susan has 32 years of clinic experience with the past 30 years in the out-patient orthopedic clinic setting and the past 22 years in private practice in Bound Brook. She joined the ProCare Team in 2022.

She is highly educated with her BS from Rutgers University and a Master’s of Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. She continues to improve her skills with regular course work and additional certifications.

Susan is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT), Certified Dry Needling, and Certified in Personalized Blood Flow Restriction through Owen Recovery Sciences.
